Interesting copy, signed bypoets John Ashbery and Lawrence Ferlinghetti and inscribed by Ed Sanders; signed by Bob Rosenthal, Ginsberg's secretary and the estate's trustee who also edited the book and wrote the afterword; signed by Beat Photographer Stephen Mills; and also signed by actors Winona Ryder and John Heard as well as Bill Moyers and Steve Allen. 9 signatures in total.
These autographs were collected at a 1999 Beat poetry reading at Sotheby's, a few days before the auctioning of Ginsberg's belongings. Sanders in particular was cited for tapping out "an elegy to his departed friends on Kerouac's conga drum".
