London: Smith, Elder, & Co 1903.  Second Edition.  A remarkably nice copy, green boards, some light uneven tanning to the end sheets, unread and fine in similarly fine dust wrapper save for a small tear to rear flap and some light soiling.  

The dust wrapper bears the imprint of publisher John Murray, who bought all book rights and remaining stock from Smith & Elder's heirs in May 1917.  It was Murray who added the dust wrapper which is just a bit smaller than the book
