Small ownership label of Michael Thain, head of the Biology Department at the famed British boarding school Harrow and author of The Penguin Dictionary of Biology.  Light and sporadic marginalia and pencil underlining (easily erased if desired).  Bump to lower spine where it meets the rear board, top of text block dust soiled, scant foxing to side of text block, otherwise near fine in like dust wrapper, spine a little faded.
