The copy used as the model for this facsimile was the first edition published in London in 1912, held in the collection of the Handelsblatt publishing group.

The lithographic work was carried out by Repro-Technik Günter Mayr, Donauwörth; the printing by Wagner GmbH, Nördlingen, on chlorine-free bleached, age-resistant book paper, supplied by Ernst A. Geese, Hamburg.

The binding work was executed by hand at Realwerk Lachenmaier, Reutlingen.
